Fresno City Crowned Champions in West Hills

Early season favorites Cerritos and Fresno City battled all day for the team championship at the 2017 West Hills Invitational. The Fresno City edged out Cerritos 131.5 to 127.5. Leading the way for Rams were their 4 Champions – Betancourt (125), Perez (133), Martinez (149), and Lopez (165). The Cerritos Falcons had strong performances throughout the tournament and coming away with two Champions, Nick Camacho at 141 and Aaron Negrette at 157.

Outstanding lower weight wrestler was Isaiah Perez (133) of Fresno City, while upper weight honors went to Kobe Rosas of host West Hills.
